Viktoriya Manova, MA
PhD in Counselling Psychology, Year 5
Research Interests: Interpersonal mindfulness in supportive interactions
Bigraphy: Viktoriya's research focuses on interpersonal mindfulness, examining how mindfulness impacts the quality of social interactions between strangers—particularly during emotion sharing and informal helping scenarios. Her current work investigates whether interpersonal mindfulness can be systematically observed during face-to-face interactions and explores the potential of natural language processing techniques to identify mindful communication patterns in these exchanges.
