Research Interests: Interpersonal mindfulness; Mindfulness in parenting relationships and long-distance relationships

Biography: Leena is a PhD Candidate at McGill University and is honoured to be part of the McGill Mindfulness Research Lab. Her research examines the role of mindfulness in interpersonal relationships, specifically parenting and long-distance relationships. Clinically, Leena has received training at Chicago Lakeshore Hospital, the Allan Memorial Institute for Sex and Couple Therapy, and CBT Emotional Health. She completed her residency at CBT Associates in Toronto, Ontario.
