8-Week Mindfulness for Anxiety Group

We are pleased to announce that MMRL lab members, Agata Kasprzyk and Claudia Dias Martins, will be facilitating a Mindfulness for Anxiety group. The Emotional Health CBT Clinic is presently accepting new participants for the upcoming group, starting in February 2026.

Through this 8-week program, participants will learn about mindfulness and its benefits for anxiety, as well as gain strategies to integrate into daily life.

Sessions will take place on Monday evenings (6:30 - 8:10 pm), and will cost $55/session
